Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

We’re searching for a full-time Social Media Manager that will work to build and grow Streamwerke’s expanding portfolio of video and social media channels, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram. You will be primarily responsible for growing and optimizing our clients’ social media pages, as well as creating and publishing content and community management. 

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Grow our current clients’ social media channels and pitch new projects
• Analyze content performance across multiple platforms, create performance reports and suggest innovative strategies
• Create copy, keywords, descriptions and upload content including photos, artwork, and video 
• Work closely with content editors, animators, designers, and producers to create media assets for the portfolio of profiles
• Identify topics and trends in the media landscape and adapt them into relevant content
• Create content strategies and maintain community management for a portfolio of clients
• Support paid media campaigns (creative concept, asset delivery, review performance and optimization)

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years experience in Social Media and Marketing
• Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience working with Facebook, Instagram and other social media / video platforms
• Strong project management skills & desire to take ownership
• Strong knowledge of digital content platforms, including content management systems, social media sites, and applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media channels
• Goal-oriented and self-reliant way of working with high level of initiative
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere is a massive plus
• Experience working with Facebook Ads Manager is a plus
• Complete mastery of Google Workspace aka Microsoft Office
