Reclame, content, storytelling, video; wat de uitdaging ook is, jullie komen met originele en kloppende concepten. Negentig procent van de tijd doen jullie creatief met elkaar, pitchen jullie ideeën aan klanten, en maken jullie met het team het werk dat jullie voor ogen hebben. Ieder heeft daarin ook vaak een uitvoerende rol binnen jullie expertise. Het is belangrijk dat jullie in de snelheid van social media kunnen werken.
