“Within the marketing team, I’m responsible for all digital, paid campaigns. I map out a strategy, plan our course of action, and carry out and optimise the campaign. I’m also in charge of reporting. To make sure our online campaigns are successful, I work closely with our lead generation specialist, head of marketing and email specialist.”

This will be your team

“The focus of the marketing team is on growth and making GoodHabitz a lovebrand for customers, prospects and GoodHabitz employees. Apart from canvassing new customers, we create thrilling content and campaigns to surprise both customers and non-customers alike. We’re in the business of creating fans and ambassadors of our brand who will stick with us, and maybe even upgrade to other GoodHabitz services at a later stage.”

This is what you’ll be doing

• You are the go-to expert for planning, strategy, execution and reporting of all paid media, as well as for the ad strategy for our European campaigns
• Monitor and tweak our online performance campaigns daily
• Set up and run A/B tests and carry out campaign optimisations
• Analyse campaign results and think of ways to achieve better results next time
• Run reports and collect insights to encourage your marketing team into a more data-driven approach with the help of short-term experiments
• With the rest of your team, you expand GoodHabitz’s digital clout in Europe

Requirements

You are perfect for this job, because you…

• Have at least 5 years of experience in digital advertising (B2B, SaaS or tech is a plus)
• Have 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics
• Have a hands-on experience with channels like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Know all there is to know about setting up digital lead generation strategies (paid, owned, earned and social), and you have the track record to show for it
• Have worked with CMSs, analytics and conversion optimisation
• You have at least a basic understanding of analytical digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Semrush, GTM, Google Search Console)
• Have experience briefing a creative team and mapping out a campaign based on a fully developed customer journey.
• Your Dutch and English are excellent, and speaking at least one other European language is a plus
• You’re a digital native, and a trailblazer in your field
• You have experience with customer journeys and personas
• Experience with a standard CMS is a plus
