“Within the marketing team, I’m responsible for running numerous paid campaigns on social but always look at broader ways to grow. I map out a strategy, plan our course of action, and carry out and optimise the campaigns. I know precisely how to build perfect social content out of our content and USPs for all stages of the customer journey. I’m also in charge of reporting. To make sure our online campaigns are successful, I work closely with local marketeers and our team in the headquarters focussing on international growth”

This will be your team 

“The focus of the marketing team is on growth and making GoodHabitz a lovebrand for customers, prospects and GoodHabitz employees. Apart from canvassing new customers, we create thrilling content and campaigns to surprise both customers and non-customers alike. We’re in the business of creating fans and ambassadors of our brand who will stick with us, and maybe even upgrade to other GoodHabitz services at a later stage.”

This is what you’ll be doing 

  • You are the go-to expert for planning, strategy, execution and reporting of all paid social channels, as well as for the social strategy for our European campaigns
  • Monitor and tweak our online performance campaigns daily
  • Set up and run A/B tests and carry out campaign optimisations
  • Analyse campaign results and think of ways to achieve better results next time
  • Run reports and collect insights to encourage your marketing team into a more data-driven approach with the help of short-term experiments
  • With the rest of your team, you expand GoodHabitz’ digital clout in Europe


You are perfect for this job, because you… 

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in digital advertising on social (LinkedIn & Facebook
  • Have a clear vision for bringing our social channels to a next level and make them fit seamlessly into our inbound marketing strategy
  • You have a data driven mindset and are comfortable with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and of course the analytical environments of the social channels.
  • Have a hands-on experience with search, social or display channels
  • Know all there is to know about setting up digital lead generation strategies (paid, owned, earned and social), and you have the track record to show for it
  • Have experience briefing a creative team and mapping out a campaign based on a fully developed customer journey.
  • Your Dutch and English are excellent, and speaking at least one other European language is a plus
  • You’re a digital native, and a trailblazer in your field
  • You have experience with customer journeys and personas
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS or tech is a plus
