The Best Social Studio

Our creative studio works for brands like LG, Vue Cinemas and several blockbuster movies. We also produce content for our own projects (such as Media, Awards, Tropikali). Our strength lies in creating editorial content for brands. We know what’s going on in The Netherlands and create relevant strategies, campaigns and content for brands ánd their target audience.

Vacancy

For our studio we’re looking for a medior project manager with commercial insight. In this role you’re responsible for the smooth execution of several projects and you are the main contact person for the client. You provide structure for the client ánd the colleagues working on the project. You’re in charge of planning and communication with the client for your projects. Together with your team you work on reports and evaluate with clients on a regular basis. You think along with the client and are proactive when it comes to new opportunities, whether that’s among our existing clients or new clients. Besides managing ongoing projects, you’ll also manage proposals for existing clients and potential new clients.

This is what you’ll need for this job:

• > 1 years of experience in a similar function
• A relevant bachelor’s degree (HBO or WO)
• You know how to organise and provide structure
• You’re not afraid of deadlines, and more importantly of setting deadlines
• You are proactive and love to work with colleagues from different disciplines
• You have a commercial mindset and actively look for opportunities
• You manage proposals for potential new clients
• You know your way around the social media world and its jargon
• You know how to translate client’s feedback and briefings of into concrete tasks for your colleagues
• You’re fluent in English and/or Dutch. So non-Dutch natives are welcome to apply
• And in the midst of all the projects: you’re the one smiling

Onze creatieve studio werkt voor merken als LG, Vue Cinemas, Kwekkeboom & diverse bioscoopfilms. Daarnaast produceren we ook content voor onze eigen projecten (zoals Media, Awards, Tropikali). Onze kracht ligt in het bedenken van redactionele content voor merken. Wij weten wat er leeft in Nederland en bedenken relevante strategieën, campagnes en content voor merken én hun doelgroep. Naast het managen van onze lopende projecten, beheer en manage je ook de voorstellen voor nieuwe potentiële klanten.

Vacature

Voor de studio zijn we op zoek naar een medior project manager met commercieel inzicht. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepele verloop van verschillende projecten en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Jij bent degene die structuur verzorgd voor de klant én je collega’s die op het project werken. Jij neemt de leiding over de planning en communicatie met de klant over jouw projecten. 

Je stelt met je team heldere rapportages op en evalueert regelmatig met klanten. Je denkt mee met de klant en bent proactief op zoek naar nieuwe kansen, zowel voor bestaande als potentiële nieuwe klanten.

Samen met je enthousiaste collega’s produceer je de beste content voor de tofste merken en onze eigen projecten.

Dit heb je nodig in je functie:

• > 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
• Een relevant diploma (HBO of WO)
• Je weet hoe je moet organiseren en structuur kunt aanbrengen
• Je bent niet bang voor deadlines, en belangrijker nog, om ze zelf op te stellen
• Je bent proactief en houdt ervan om te werken met collega’s van verschillende disciplines
• Je bent commercieel ingesteld, ziet kansen en durft deze aan te grijpen.
• Voorstellen managen voor potentiële nieuwe projecten.
• Je kent je weg in de wereld van social media en kent het jargon
• Je weet hoe je feedback en briefings van klanten kunt omzetten naar taken voor je collega’s
• Je spreekt vloeiend Engels of Nederlands, dus niet-Nederlanders mogen zeker solliciteren
• En tijdens dit alles loop jij met een dikke glimlach rond
