Social Media & Digital Marketing internship

Purpose of the role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing on and helping evolve Reflow’s digital marketing and social media strategy. You will have the opportunity to manage brand communication and content across a variety of channels. Your core goals will be to grow our online community, innovate ways to identify potential customers and analyse incoming data to generate opportunities to amplify our digital presence.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and grow our online community on our social media channels
• Track and monitor the success of our online initiatives
• Identify, interpret and execute on key digital and social media trends
• Identify new online tools and platforms to grow our online community
• Support the Marketing and Sales team in:

  – Generating content to grow our community and boost engagement
  – The creation and execution of online campaigns & promotions
  – Generating sales and marketing materials (pitch decks)

Core Qualifications

• Fluency in English with a native level skill in writing
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a relevant university degree
• Demonstrable experience and passion for social media management
• An enthusiasm for sustainability and social enterprise
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Powerpoint
• Basic familiarity with Google analytics & social media management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be detailed and deadline orientated

Helpful Qualities

• Strong communication and research skills
• Prior experience in content generation like copywriting or digital design
• Functional knowledge of SEO/SEM and keyword research and analysis
• A willingness to work independently and learn on the job
