Manager Social Media Support

You’re an expert in the field of social media with the experience to back it up. You have at least 4 years of experience in a managing role in social media support, webcare, or community management, overseeing the strategic direction of social for your brand(s). You have great project management skills, strong English communication, and a natural affinity with everything social media has to offer. You are always up-to-date with the latest developments on the major social platforms and already have a plan to upgrade your systems to accommodate them. You are capable of identifying opportunities to improve 5CA’s social media support services and you are able to convince 5CA’s clients of the merits of offering social media support.

Why we want you

As 5CA continues to grow we need your expertise to optimize the social media support & community management services we provide to our clients in gaming and technology. You will be responsible for evangelizing social media as a customer service channel within our organization. You will play a key role in supporting sales when it comes to pitching to prospects and clients on the use of social media as a support channel. You will also manage implementations of new projects and optimization of current projects.


  • Strategize and execute the direction of social media support services at 5CA
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative new social strategies, test new platforms if needed, and expand the social media support offering at 5CA
  • Support sales with insights and argumentation on social media customer service
  • Coordinate implementations of social media support for new and existing clients
  • Optimize social media support for existing clients
  • Promote the use of social media support within 5CA and towards clients


  • Minimum two years of experience in a managing role in social media customer service, webcare, or community management
  • Minimum two years of experience developing social media strategies and execution plans including KPI development and tool management
  • Experience working with FB Insights & Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and various social media tools (Clarabridge, Sprout, Falcon, Salesforce, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with changes in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong training skills
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
  • Natural affinity with social media
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • You are available to travel
